Matt, a firefighter & Courtney, and EMT met while on a call. Jokingly, a pick up line mentioning checking his vitals started a close friendship. Courtney was a single mom of twins and Matt a single dad of a little girl the same age. Matt, Courtney and their girls took a drive while camping in Van Buren, Missouri and stumbled upon Echo Bluff in Eminence. They immediately fell in love with the scenery and lodge. Their day was shared with a few close family members and their girls. Congratulations Courtney and Matt & your beautiful girls!

Sadie and Jon said their vows at an intimate ceremony with their family and a few close friends in a beautiful garden venue. The venue they found is a nursery by day and beautiful garden venue at night. As the Bride and Groom arrived at the venue they stayed in opposite ends of the property (saving the first look for the ceremony) and copied their vows onto paper from their phones. We all laughed as the Bride commented on how hers were so long but we were getting reports that the Grooms were most likely longer! Sadie's beautiful daughter even wrote her own vows to Jon and read them during the ceremony. This had everyone in tears before the Bride and Groom even got to their own vows. Sadie and Jon were married by a friend and the ceremony was very personal and touching. After the ceremony they newlyweds enjoyed dinner appetizers served on wine barrel tables then dined as one big family at a long picnic style table. As the sun set the venue was illuminated by beautiful string lighting through out. Guests relaxed by the fire pit and enjoyed the rest of the evening in each others company celebrating the newlyweds and their recent announcement of expecting twin girls in 6 months! Congratulations Sadie and Jon, what a beautiful California Elopement.

Instead of photographing the ceremony, we spent three hours hanging all around Raleigh, taking lots of photos. These two lovebirds, were definitely show stoppers. Their love is so unique. They are so fun and have so much love for each other that it was a breeze to photograph them!
Married September 02, 2017 in a private residence in North Carolina A note from the Photographer Monach Studio: A few weeks back I had the privilege of meeting and photographing the heart felt nuptials of a lovely couple from Pennsylvania, who came to the oldest city for a destination wedding! I photographed their "first look" in the front yard of a vacation rental home, which was large enough to accommodate all of their family members. From there I chauffeured them to some of my favorite spots in down town St. Augustine for photos. Afterwards we met up with their family for a small intimate ceremony at The Preserved Restaurant, followed by a private dinner. It was an extremely romantic affair. Congratulations Liz and Mark!
