This was an elopement to Las Vegas, Nevada. The client wanted different and did not want to be in 125 degree weather. We contacted the El Doradao Gold mine and asked if we could do a wedding ceremony inside the mine. They accepted our request. The ceremony was held inside coincidentally a room called the "bridal chamber" which is made of white quartz. With the weather outside a HOT 125 degrees in the middle of summer in Nelson, Nevada about 45 minutes outside Vegas. The chamber was a cool 65 degrees with a light breeze. There the couple exchanged vows and became husband and wife. Outside the mine is an old ghost town where we captured portraits that made for memories that will forever be cherished by the lovely couple.

This destination wedding was done on a budget! The grooms family primarily resides in Hawaii, so they decided to travel out. Though that didn't stop the 20+ additional guests from coming to witness it!

A message from their photographer: Cody & Jesse have always wanted to visit Nashville, so they decided their elopement would be the perfect time for their first trip here! They were a dream to work with, so fun and easy going. They laughed throughout our time together. Cody & a friend did her amazing rainbow hair for the wedding, and the couple opted to go downtown for some Nashville photos after their Riverwood Mansion elopement with a few close family & friends.

The bride and groom knew two things. They wanted their destination wedding to be in Oregon's beautiful wine country and they wanted it to be small. Based on those two things we created their ultimate, intimate wedding. Brittany and Alec along with just ten guests flew in from Ohio for the wedding a Ponzi Vineyard in Sherwood, Oregon. The tasting room was the perfect size or an intimate dinner followed by a naked cake. The winery's barrel room and vineyard made the perfect backdrop for the wedding and spectacular photos. Even the sunset was spectacular. A perfect ending to the perfect destination wedding.

David (Communications director) and Rob (Public policy advisor) met at work after destiny brought Rob from Baton Rouge to Dallas. Their office romance grew and their whirlwind relationship was off to a tremendous start. Twenty-four years later and passports in hand, the couple has traveled across the globe from their favorite city of Paris to adventures in Mexico City. After the Supreme Court ruling on same-sex marriage, David and Rob planned a simple elopement ceremony to coincide with the 24th anniversary of sharing life together. Their original plans to elope quickly gave way to a simple, intimate ceremony with a few close friends and family. Congratulations to you both!
