Sophia and Antonio traveled miles and years together to get to their elopement at Gateway Canyons Resort in Colorado. The couple from Michigan drive 1,500 miles to create their dream day in an intimate setting at this spectacular 5-star resort. Although Antonio had proposed nearly ten years ago, it took until now for the time to be just right. It was just the two of them and the officiant by a lake overlooking a spectacular Colorado vista with amazing 360 degree views. After the ceremony, the couple laughed and danced together through the desert and enjoyed the most carefree and romantic moments of their day.

For Andrea and Chad, the location of where they tied the knot was of great importance to them. Chad explained that they wanted to be able to always return to the site where they made their commitment to each other. And in an era of constant construction, there was no guarantee they could get that from a typical wedding venue. So, they opted for a national park, and selected (in my humble opinion) one of the most beautiful: Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, Colorado. In fact, the exact spot where they read their vows to each other was the same place where Chad proposed and Andrea accepted, imparting even more meaning on the location. After exchanging incredibly heartfelt and personal vows, the couple shared their first dance just as the sun dipped behind the mountains.

As you know love is the host of life’s most precious moments. Taking cues from the natural beauty of California’s coastline and local flora while adding in elements of grace and intimacy is a guaranteed recipe for a wedding full of love, romance, and unforgettable moments. Bekah and Mark sought the beauty that surrounds them in California which reinforces the radiance they feel when together.

Message from Photographer: Steffie and Rawley chose to have a very intimate wedding on the shore of beautiful Priest Lake. This is the place where they both grew up, enjoying North Idaho life and nature. It was important to them to have just two of them with a minister-friend who flew in from Chicago area just for this special day to perform a ceremony for the young people he had used to watch growing up. The only outsider was me, the photographer. It was cold and snow did not stop falling. Both newlyweds did not mind! Steffie kept saying: It is all worth it! Right after very special ceremony and a prayer, the sun picked out through the clouds giving a little shine on the rough water of the lake. "Special blessing"... we all thought!

This was an elopement to Las Vegas, Nevada. The client wanted different and did not want to be in 125 degree weather. We contacted the El Doradao Gold mine and asked if we could do a wedding ceremony inside the mine. They accepted our request. The ceremony was held inside coincidentally a room called the "bridal chamber" which is made of white quartz. With the weather outside a HOT 125 degrees in the middle of summer in Nelson, Nevada about 45 minutes outside Vegas. The chamber was a cool 65 degrees with a light breeze. There the couple exchanged vows and became husband and wife. Outside the mine is an old ghost town where we captured portraits that made for memories that will forever be cherished by the lovely couple.

A message from their photographer: Cody & Jesse have always wanted to visit Nashville, so they decided their elopement would be the perfect time for their first trip here! They were a dream to work with, so fun and easy going. They laughed throughout our time together. Cody & a friend did her amazing rainbow hair for the wedding, and the couple opted to go downtown for some Nashville photos after their Riverwood Mansion elopement with a few close family & friends.
